<p>The one thing I always notice especially during the world cup is how many &quot;flops&quot; the players make to grab a foul or hopefully a yellow or red card against their opponents.</p>
<p>I always wonder how sore their bodies must be after a match. This is supposedly a low contact sport. Apparently they are up and practicing the next day.</p>
<p>It shows that a well conditioned body can adapt and recover quickly from tumbles and being constantly kicked in the ankles.</p>
<p>If these elite athletes can recover so quickly from such abuse then shouldn&#39;t the people of Long Beach be inspired to increase their own fitness levels so they can recover from day to day tasks and stay slim without feeling beat up?</p>

<p>					A debilitating back condition left him often crooked or, literally, on his back much of the time.</p>
<p>					Exercise? Ha! &quot;I couldn&#39;t get up&#8230;I had a brutal back.&quot;</p>
<p>					He went on the usual round of chiropractors and physical therapists; his back was X-rayed.</span></p>

STRESS Management: Everyone is overloaded with responsibilities. WEIGHT Control: The older we all get, the harder it is to keep our weight from ballooning up. DIET: Food is not Love but it is usually a tempting fling. FITNESS: This is something that we don&#39;t find time enough for and is one of the best things to manage the above three.
